My story

Drew Black -

Born and raised in the Tuscan hills, Drew Black has always cultivated a deep passion for storytelling and literature. After studying Modern Literature at the University of Florence, he dedicated years to historical research and the development of his unique narrative style.

His literary debut took place in April 2025 with "L'Eco del Tempo", a novel that intertwines Renaissance Florence with contemporary Florence, exploring how the past continues to influence the present.

“Writing,” Drew says, “is an act of archaeology of the soul. We dig into memories, fears, and desires to unearth fragments of truth that can resonate with the reader’s experience.”

In addition to writing, Drew leads creative workshops in Tuscany and is already working on a new narrative project, continuing to explore the relationship between time, memory and identity.

"Stories are bridges across time and space, connecting seemingly distant human experiences." — Drew Black
